This little guy found himself in the high kill shelter in Philly! Young and with an injured leg. They couldn't take the time to "fix it" so they put him on the euth list and gave him until 8pm that day to be out. We ran to Philly and picked him up and brought him straight to our wonderful vets office who neutered him, sutured his leg and had him ready for his foster home the next day :) Ceasar is doing great in his foster home and LOVES kids!!! He loves to run so we would LOVE to see him have a fenced yard to romp in or a very active person who would take him on runs.
